The Office of the Principal is the highest office at Nalikule College. It is the office that houses the person ultimately responsible for strategically leading and managing the college. The Office is responsible for the development of plans for running the college.It further monitors the implementation of those plans.

As the head of the College, the Principal represents the college in creating and fostering contact with government, the public and private sectors, development partners, and the international community.It is this office also that sits on various external bodies, representing the college.

The offices of the Registrar and the Deputy Principal report to the Principal.
